Momus at The Higline Ballroom
This May, musician/writer/performance artist Momus is performing four three-hour long surveys of his entire musical career. One of these “Momuthon’s” will take place at New York’s Highline Ballroom on May 26th. The Momuthon is made up of three sets, one each for the ’80s, ’90s and 2000’s.
For more Momus in NY, check out his collaboration with Aki Sasamoto “Love is the End Of Art,” which will be at the Zach Feuer Gallery through May 16th. He will also be reading at Brooklyn’s Starr Space on May 24th.
Also, here is a video for Momus’ song “Nervous Heartbeat” off the record Ocky Milk. My friend Brian, who performs music as Slow Ghost, has a cameo. He appears third.
Here are two songs from the record 20 Vodka Jellies.
And the song Nightmare Politics from Slow Ghost.
